What’s the Delivery Fee?

• We charge a standard courier fee of € 6.99 (to customers within the Republic of Ireland) and £5.99 (to customers in Northern Ireland)
• Delivery is FREE within the Republic of Ireland for all orders over €100
• Delivery is FREE within Northern Ireland for all orders over £80

How quickly will I receive my Order?

Once goods have been shipped you can expect to receive your goods the next
working day within the Republic of Ireland, within 2-3 days for Northern Ireland & the
UK and within 5 working days for all other destinations. Please note: In most cases
goods will be shipped within 1-2 working days from the date of placing your order.

What if there is a delay in receiving my goods?
Products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside
of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If
delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and
refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid
by you for those Products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However,
we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you
may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products. At the time of
delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the Products, after
which time the Products become your sole responsibility.

Can I change or cancel my Order?
Should you not be satisfied with your expected delivery time you can cancel your
order at any time prior to the order being shipped and you will receive a full refund.
Once your order has been shipped and handed over to our courier it cannot be
cancelled. Should you wish to return an item you have received you can do so by
following the instructions in our returns section which can be found at the bottom of
the homepage.
