Mute® Mouth Tape for Nasal Breathing and Snoring – 30 Pack

Mute® Mouth Tape is a soft, breathable sleep tape designed to encourage nasal breathing by gently helping the mouth remain closed overnight. Reducing mouth breathing may help decrease associated snoring, limit waking with a dry mouth and support quieter, more comfortable sleep.

Unlike strips that completely cover the mouth, Mute® features a distinctive circular design that sits over the centre of the lips while leaving the sides uncovered. This creates a less restrictive feeling and provides space to breathe through the mouth if necessary.

The skin-friendly fabric is made from 95% cotton and 5% spandex, providing a soft, flexible fit that moves naturally with the face. Its hypoallergenic, medical-grade adhesive is designed to remain secure overnight while still being gentle to remove. The design is also suitable for people with facial hair.

Each pack contains 30 single-use Mute® Mouth Tapes, supplied in two slim, travel-friendly boxes. One tape is intended for each night, providing up to 30 nights of use.

Mute® Mouth Tape is intended only for adults who can breathe freely and comfortably through their nose. It must not be used as a treatment for sleep apnoea or another sleep disorder without advice from a healthcare professional. Do not use if you have difficulty breathing through your nose, a respiratory infection, severe heart or breathing problems, or after consuming alcohol or sedatives.
