HealthAid® Cod Liver Oil 1000mg Capsules provide cod liver oil, omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins A, D and E in one convenient daily softgel.

Each capsule contains 1,000mg of cod liver oil, together with additional fish oil. This provides 273mg of total omega-3, including 113mg of EPA and 99mg of DHA.

Vitamin A supports normal vision, healthy skin and the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D helps maintain normal bones, teeth and muscles, while vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

HealthAid® Cod Liver Oil Capsules are free from gluten, wheat, dairy, added sugar, artificial colours and preservatives. Each pack contains 30 capsules, providing a one-month supply when taking one capsule daily.

This product contains fish and gelatine. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Recommended Daily Intake of Cod Liver Oil 1000mg Capsule:

Adults and children over 6 years of age, one capsule daily. Adults can increase up to two capsules daily if required. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.

Caution: This product contains Vitamin A. Do not use if pregnant or likely to become pregnant except on the advice of a doctor or ante-natal clinic.
